Jacques DeLarochelliere is the President and cofounder of ISAAC Instruments. Jacques’s passion for motorsports led him to design a cutting-edge telemetric system that improved racing performances of race car drivers. Thanks to his vision, technology that was once reserved to motorsport elites is now available to professional truck drivers. ISAAC offers a driver-centric fleet management solution that allows fleets to improve profitability. The company is also developing the Internet of Trucks, which allows connectivity of various objects aboard the truck.
Founded in 1999, ISAAC has earned a place in Deloitte’s prestigious North American Technology Fast 500TM ranking in 2016, 2018 and 2019. With a revenue growth of 278% for the 2019 edition, ISAAC has the strongest growth in the telematics industry among the listed companies.
Jacques’s entrepreneurial leadership has been recognized with a nomination for Entrepreneur of the year by Ernst & Young and Desjardins. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, as well as a Flight Test Principles and Practice attestation from the School of Engineering of the University of Kansas and a certification in aircraft engineering specialty from Transport Canada.
