Jay Singh is Chief Operating Officer of SEVOS Group, a BPO serving transportation and logistics companies. He began his career at IBM in 2002 and spent his early years in software and finance before moving into transportation, where he built and ran his own trucking companies. In 2016 he set up his first operations in India, and over the next decade he built offshore teams for carriers, brokers, and logistics providers. Jay co-founded SEVOS as a boutique BPO: smaller, dedicated teams, deep knowledge of each client’s operation, and close attention to quality. Beyond logistics, he invests in hospitality, venture capital funds, and other ventures. He splits his time between Atlanta and India.
