John Atcheson serves as the President for ARCO Design/Build, a national design-build construction firm, for the Houston and Salt Lake City divisions. John’s responsibilities include company operations, sourcing and executing new opportunities within Texas, Utah, and all major markets throughout the US. He has over 15 years of construction and real estate development experience in multiple market segments, including industrial, cold storage, commercial, retail and government facilities. During his career, John has been involved in the design, development, and construction of $500+ million in real estate transactions.
John graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with distinction in business and law. John is a board member of the Association of Real Estate Professionals (ACRP), an active committee member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and a supporting sponsor associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
