As a Relationship Manager in the Commodities & Logistics group within Private Banking, John Harms works on a team that offers debt and equity capital and strategic advice to the owners of leading private companies that supply, trade, transport and distribute energy, metal and agriculture commodities.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, John worked in Washington, D.C., as a transportation policy and political advisor to maritime transportation companies and as an aide to a U.S. Senator. He received a B.A. from Lafayette College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
