Justin Lu is a second-generation trucker and the co-founder of Truckpedia, an all-in-one TMS platform built by carriers, for carriers. Based in Los Angeles, he’s on a mission to modernize the trucking industry by closing the technology gap for small and mid-sized fleets.
He began his career at Amazon, where he helped launch robotic warehouses and built deep operational expertise. Justin later applied that experience to his family's trucking business: scaling it from 3 trucks and $1 million in annual revenue to over 50 trucks and $20 million in under three years.
That journey laid the foundation for Truckpedia, a platform that streamlines back-office operations like dispatching, billing, and compliance, freeing carriers to focus on growth. Inspired by his goal to help his father retire, Justin now works to give other trucking families the tools and structure they need to turn day-to-day operations into sustainable, long-term businesses.
He has been recognized on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list and frequently speaks at supply chain and freight tech conferences across the U.S.
