In her role at FreightWaves, Laura is responsible for customer-facing SaaS functions, owning the entire customer lifecycle —starting with onboarding and evolving through workflow integration and long-term retention. Prior to FreightWaves, Laura helped build the foundation for enterprise operations and go-to-market at a top100 third party logistics provider, holding executive-level positions in commercial development and customer success.
