Mason George is the President of National Accounts at IMC Logistics, the largest drayage provider in the United States. He transformed IMC’s National Accounts Team to provide a single point of contact for national customers. Mason’s focus on improving fluidity and easing bottlenecks in the supply chain for BCOs, terminals and drivers has led to the creation and implementation of cutting-edge programs such as SmartStacks and Expedited Rail. He is also the inventor of OBYX, an innovative container lock designed to strengthen cargo security in the intermodal industry.
Mason is an Inside Memphis Business Innovation Award winner and a CCJ Innovator Award winner. He is the author of the “Solving the Supply Chain Bottleneck with Peel Piles” white paper and is frequently featured in the media on logistics and transportation issues. He also partnered with Fenix Marine Services to operate the supply chain industry’s first fully clean-energy SmartStack.
Mason and his wife Malaney live in Memphis and have three children.
