Meghan Nicholas is a global supply chain, operations, and analytics leader with expertise in the retail and e-commerce channels. She has performed leadership roles for companies such as Dollar General, The Home Depot, Unisource Worldwide, and J.C. Penney. Throughout her career, Meghan has headed large-scale initiatives and driven supply chain transformations with systemic process and corporate culture change. She is also known for leading digital change in the supply chain focused on improving customer experience.
Strongly committed to advancing women’s leadership, she serves on the board of the Network of Executive Women Nashville Region.
Meghan holds degrees from the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University in International Business and Supply Chain Management.
