Mike Miller serves as Chief Commercial Officer for Cando Rail & Terminals. With more than two decades of experience in the rail industry, he has held senior leadership roles across North America, including SVP, Rail Services Leader for Savage Infrastructure.
Mike brings deep expertise in rail and terminal operations, business development, and commercial strategy. Throughout his career, he has led strategic growth initiatives, championed operational excellence, and built high‑performing teams supporting large‑scale rail service organizations. He holds an MBA from Weber State University and a BS in Finance from the University of Utah.
