Ryan's journey spans over two decades of rich experience, marked by pivotal roles at enterprises such as Amazon, Covenant Logistics, and U.S. Xpress. At Covenant, he led technology initiatives, drove continuous improvement, orchestrated mergers and acquisitions, championed innovation, and shaped strategic planning. Ryan held a key position at Amazon.com, where he steered procurement strategies and spearheaded carrier development efforts. Prior to that, his tenure at U.S. Xpress saw him in the dual roles of corporate treasurer and Chief Operating Officer of the logistics division.
