As Chief Transformation Officer, Rogers holds responsibility for technology, continuous improvement, mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and strategic planning across seven individual business units within Covenant. He comes most recently from Amazon, where he served as a transportation executive, leading procurement and carrier development. Prior to Amazon, he served in multiple roles at U.S. Xpress Enterprises, including Corporate Treasurer and Chief Operating Officer. He currently serves as a mentor at Dynamo, is a member of the Chattanooga Technology Council, is a Leadership Chattanooga graduate, and was named in the “Top 20 Under 40” in Chatter magazine in 2015. He earned his MBA and undergraduate degrees from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga.
