Sean is passionate about building customer-centric & category leading products with passionate teams. As an early pioneer in the fintech space he was the President and co-founder of SmartBiz loans (www.smarbizloans.com) where he currently serves on the board. Prior to SmartBiz, Sean was a VP at Venrock venture capital (www.venrock.com) where he managed the firm’s tech incubator. Sean joined Venrock from Yahoo!, where he held product and international strategy roles focused on driving global growth.
Sean is a Founder & Director of the O’Malley Foundation with the mission of improving the lives of women and children. He earned a B.A. and MBA from Stanford University.
