Mr. Kaiser is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Global Technology, focusing on mobility, supply chain, and logistics technology.
Mr. Kaiser began his investment banking career in 2009 and has advised numerous public and private companies across a variety of industries on M&A, capital raising, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and capital structure alternatives.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Kaiser was a Director with Portico Capital, where he focused on advising clients within the information and business services/software sectors. Before that, he was an Investment Banker with Barclays Capital and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Kaiser worked at PwC as an International Tax Consultant.
Mr. Kaiser holds a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
