Terri Creech is the Head of Product and Learning at Amazon Freight Partner, a program that enables entrepreneurs to start or grow their trucking business with Amazon. For the past 8 years, she has held several leadership roles at Amazon, leading teams across Operations, Robotics, and most recently in Middle Mile. In her current role, Terri leads product and learning teams who develop tools and training that enable Amazon committed carriers to build and operate best-in-class trucking operations that meet or exceed Amazon’s safety, sustainability and delivery performance objectives. Prior to her time at Amazon, she held roles at General Electric and Precision Castparts Corp. A Penn State Industrial Engineering graduate, Terri has always been interested in using technology to improve safety and productivity in manufacturing, operations, and transportation.
Terri lives in Seattle, WA and enjoys all things outdoors including running, hiking, and backpacking.
