Terry Freeze is director of dedicated services at ArcBest. With over 25 years in the transportation and logistics industry, Terry leads the team responsible for recruiting, growing and supporting the ArcBest dedicated power-only fleet, serving some of ArcBest’s largest customers. Terry is leading the charge in being carrier-focused and customer-driven — offering dedicated carriers an exceptional experience and enabling the company to consistently support its customers’ dedicated transportation needs.
In his time in this role, ArcBest’s dedicated network, made up of contract carriers and independent owner operators, has grown thirty percent and Dedicated service has made significant on-time improvements — to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Terry was named director of dedicated services in August 2021 after previously serving as branch manager of Truckload sales from January 2017 to August 2021. He joined the company in 1997 as a student worker, and throughout his career has held roles which gave him full insight into customer and carrier needs, including senior account manager and regional sales supervisor.
