Trafton Elsea has spent his career at the crossroads of technology, logistics, and finance, mostly in sales and sales leadership. He cut his teeth with UPS, then grew and moved with DHL, American Express, and most recently worked with a bulk shipper TMS. That path has given him a broad perspective on logistics alongside a strong understanding of product distribution. For Trafton, success in sales is really about building partnerships: creating mutual value, setting clear goals, and executing together. Today, he brings that same mindset to his role as Head of Partnership & Alliance at Revenova. He often acts as the connector— integrating outside organizations or partners into the TMS to drive greater value for Revenova’s customers.
