Urav Shah is the founder and CEO of Evos, which builds autonomous AI operators that run full operational roles inside logistics and other legacy industries. A four-time founder, he raised $8.7M across prior ventures before the age of 23, including the modular data-centre company Navon World and the AI gaming platform Roam. He was named Investec's Early Stage Entrepreneur of the Year in 2025 and has spoken multiple times at Web Summit. He is based in New York.
