Kara Leiterman is a Media Relations Manager at Schneider and a five-time Emmy winning News Producer. Prior to joining Schneider, Kara was the Media Relations Strategist at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.  A driven storyteller and crisis communicator, she spent nine years in TV news in Green Bay, Milwaukee and the Twin Cities. Her journalism career led her into public service with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety and later the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, where Kara was a spokesperson and Public Information Officer. For her, storytelling is about making a difference and changing lives.
